Dr. Sandi Zober was a Doctor that worked at Mercy Hospital in the Mission District of San Francisco in 1986.

While Dr. McCoy, Kirk and Gillian Taylor were searching for Chekov's whereabouts, the PA system paged Dr. Zober. (Star Trek IV: The Voyage Home)

"Sandi Zober" was actually the name of Director and star Leonard Nimoy's then-wife.
