Sandríne was the owner of Chez Sandríne in Marseille, France on Earth. The bistro was run by the Sandrine family for more than six hundred years.
To recall his time spent at Chez Sandríne, Tom Paris created a holographic replica of the bistro on the USS Voyager. He also created a holographic replica of Sandrine.
The holographic Sandrine flattered Paris and became jealous when another holo-character named Ricky had designs on Paris. Sandrine then attempted to seduce Harry Kim. She told Kim that he had a lot to learn, and that she had a lot to teach him. (VOY: "The Cloud")
Later on, she became attracted to The Doctor at Kes' birthday party that was held at her bistro. (VOY: "Twisted")
Sandrine was played by Judy Geeson.
