A sandwich was a food item of Earth origin, usually made from two slices of bread with a filling between them.

Trip Tucker had sandwiches for lunch in 2151 when he, Captain Archer, and Sub-commander T'Pol were eating in the captain's mess. (ENT: "Terra Nova")

Sandwiches were among the prepared dishes in the serving case of the mess hall aboard Enterprise NX-01. (ENT: "Fortunate Son")

In August of 2152, when Jonathan Archer was in a hurry for food and did not wish to wait for Hoshi Sato to finish preparing oden, she told him that he could fix himself a sandwich if he was so hungry. (ENT: "Singularity")

In an illusion created by the Talosians in 2254, Vina brought chicken tuna sandwiches along on their picnic that were made based on a recipe used by Christopher Pike's mother. (TOS: "The Cage")

In 2258 of the alternate reality, after learning that Spock was from the future, Montgomery Scott jokingly asked him if they still had sandwiches there. (Star Trek)

In the script of Star Trek, Scott instead asked Spock if "piece and jam" (meaning jam sandwiches), among other foods, existed in the future Spock had come from (the other foods were "mince and tatties," and cockaleekie soup). [1]

In 2270, Montgomery Scott ordered a grilled cheese sandwich on rye bread from the food synthesizer, but was met with an overflowing assortment of other foods instead, including a different kind of sandwich. (TAS: "The Practical Joker")

Captain Jean-Luc Picard offered Wesley Crusher a sandwich while aboard the shuttlepod Einstein heading to Starbase 515. (TNG: "Samaritan Snare")

In 2373, a Changeling posing as Dr. Julian Bashir ingratiated himself to Miles O'Brien and Jadzia Dax by providing them with sandwiches. (DS9: "In Purgatory's Shadow")

Later that year, after Quark sold two thousand Dopterian interceptors to an alien customer, he felt that selling weapons was "no different" than what he did at his old job, a salesman selling sandwiches. (DS9: "Business as Usual")

On board a captured Jem'Hadar attack ship, in early 2374, the lack of replicators made Chief O'Brien wish for a sandwich, while Dax hoped for a viewscreen and Nog for a chair. Doctor Bashir however claimed that in an emergency all they'd want would be a biobed. (DS9: "A Time to Stand")

In 2375, as the USS Voyager prepared to engage its new quantum slipstream drive, Commander Chakotay asked Ensign Harry Kim what he'd brought aboard the Delta Flyer for lunch. Kim replied, "salami sandwiches". (VOY: "Timeless")

In the Human representation of the Q Continuum, there was a sandwich shop. (VOY: "Death Wish")

In the final revised draft of the script for TOS: "The Conscience of the King", sandwiches were to have been on a tray which, in that episode, Lieutenant Riley has in engineering. In the final version of the installment, however, colored blocks of food are instead on the tray.
Sandwiches were also mentioned in the script of "For the Uniform", but that mention was likewise cut. In the scene, Quark brings sandwiches to O'Brien's team in Engineering on the Defiant.
