Scott Sterling Hill (born 27 March 1963; age 60) is the actor who appeared as a regular background performer on the second through fourth seasons of Star Trek: Enterprise, most notably as relief helmsman Ensign Hutchison. He also portrayed a number of other background parts and was the first ever to reveal Xindi torso. Hill also worked as stand-in on the series such as for Jeffrey Combs on the fourth season episode "These Are the Voyages...".

Hill appeared in behind the scenes footage of the episode "Future Tense" on the ENT Season 2 DVD special feature "Shooting Future Tense".

Hill's first walk-on role in a feature film was in the drama Working Girl (1988, with Jeffrey Nordling, Zach Grenier, Ralph Byers, and Timothy Carhart). Further film work include the action film Underground (1989, with Clement von Franckenstein), Matchstick Men (2003, with Bruce McGill, Tim Kelleher, James Saito, and Stoney Westmoreland), the action comedy The In-Laws (2003), Looney Tunes: Back in Action (2003, with Dick Miller, George Murdock, Robert Picardo, Ron Perlman, Allan Graf, Frank Welker, and Glen Hambly), the short film Elevator Etiquette (2003), Angels & Demons (2009, with Jon Donahue and Yuri Elvin), the biopic Hitchcock (2012, with Kurtwood Smith, Wallace Langham, Spencer Garrett, Tom Virtue, Frank Collison, James Henderson, and Bill Blair), the short fantasy film Mindslip (2014, directed and starring Aaron Lustig), and Hail, Caesar! (2016, with Patrick Fischler, Robert Picardo, Dennis Cockrum, Clancy Brown, and Bill Blair).

Throughout the years, Hill worked as a regular background actor on Bones, 24 (2009, with Annie Wersching, Bob Gunton, Glenn Morshower, Leland Orser, Don McManus, Paul McGillion, Jon Braver, Tony Donno, and Erik Stabenau), three times on The Mentalist (2012 with Ator Tamras, Robert Buckingham, Michael Wilkinson, Steve Carnahan, Don Stark, Josh Clark. Lorinne Vozoff, Solomon Burke, Jr., Lee Faranda, Jeannetta Arnette, and Pablo Espinosa), and Masters of Sex and appeared in episodes of Six Feet Under (2002, with Joanna Cassidy, Ed O'Ross, Joel Brooks, Kellie Waymire, Terrell Clayton, Sara Mornell, Robert Pine, and Ellyn Dawn Humphreys), Boston Legal (2004, with William Shatner), Desperate Housewives (2007, starring Teri Hatcher and Brenda Strong), The New Normal, Shark, How I Met Your Mother, Trust Me (2009), Pepper Dennis, Major Crimes, CSI: Miami (2012, with Richard Herd), NCIS: Los Angeles, and Twisted.

Hill appeared as an SSR Agent in the pilot episode of Agent Carter titled "Now Is Not the End" (2014, with Carrick O'Quinn, Zack Duhame, Kimberly Shannon Murphy, Rex J. Reddick, and executive produced by Stan Lee) as well as in the third episode of the first season, titled "Time and Tide" (2015, with Rob Mars, Jayson Dumenigo, Brian J. Williams, and Kimberly Murphy).
