Seltan was a Cardassian Gul during the Dominion War, who commanded forces numbering some 100,000. In 2375, Gul Seltan expressed some willingness to join Damar and the Cardassian Liberation Front. However, he was betrayed by Gul Revok and killed by Dominion forces before Damar could meet with him. (DS9: "The Dogs of War")
