Sigma Draconis IV was the inhabited fourth planet in the Sigma Draconis system. Classified as M-class, this moonless planet was the home for a pre-warp capable species.

By 2268, the inhabitants were a pre-spaceflight culture with an industrial scale rating of G, equivalent to Earth in 2030. (TOS: "Spock's Brain")

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts (pgs. 19, 44), Sigma Draconis IV was located in Sector 004 (Sigma Draconis sector).
