This Morg guard lived in the subterranean caves of Sigma Draconis VI, where he protected the Eymorgs. He was to guard James T. Kirk, Montgomery Scott and Leonard McCoy when they were held captive by the Eymorgs. In order to get hold of their communicators and phasers, the captive landing party knocked him and another Morg guard down. (TOS: "Spock's Brain")

The Morg guard was played by actor Pete Kellett.
