Simon Billig is a Los Angeles based actor. He played the role of Hogan in several episodes of Star Trek: Voyager. He also played a ranger in two episodes of Babylon 5.
Billig has also appeared in several films and over 50 stage productions including several world premieres by some of Americas top Playwrights.
