Treaty of Armens 1

Sirius Cybernetics Corporation in the text of the Treaty of Armen

The Sirius Cybernetics Corporation was a corporation which designed and manufactured components for cybernetic research in the Federation, working with Starfleet Command. (TNG: "Conspiracy")

Some executives of Sirius Cybernetics ended up in hospital along with many of the lawyers involved in drafting the Treaty of Armens. (TNG: "The Ensigns of Command", okudagram)

In 2364, Dent Arthur Dent, an employee of the corporation, sent an order to the starship USS Heart of Gold. The order was reviewed by Lieutenant Commander Data at the end of that year as part of an investigation into a suspected conspiracy among the highest members of Starfleet Command. (TNG: "Conspiracy", okudagram)

Sirius Cybernetics had an office at location 02-643 on Starbase Deep Space 9, as listed on a Promenade directory map. (Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, set artwork)

Sirius Cybernetics Corporation was an in-joke reference to the popular science fiction novel The Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.

Ira Graves: Humanoid of the Year

A certificate from the Sirius Cybernetics Corporation naming Ira Graves "Humanoid of the Year" for his contributions to the Proxima Centauri Interplanetary Bowling League and marching band was created as set dressing for TNG: "The Schizoid Man". Though it didn't appear on screen, it was depicted in
Star Trek: The Next Generation - The Continuing Mission (p. 76) The certificate was signed by Ford Prefect (artificial intelligence division product manager), Arthur Dent (vice president of android production), and Tricia McMillan (vice president for advanced research). All of these names are also references to The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy.
