Sissy Sessions (born 15 August 1956; age 67) is a former actress who appeared as a background performer in several episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation. She was identified and named by continuity Polaroids and call sheets of the episodes and is also listed as Cissy.

In addition to her work as a background actress she was a recurring stand-in and photo double for several guest stars such as Rosalind Chao in the fifth season episodes "Disaster", "Violations", and "Power Play" and for Patti Yasutake in "Ethics". For "Silicon Avatar", she filmed her scenes on Wednesday 7 August 1991 on location at the Golden Oak Ranch and on Thursday 15 August 1991 at Paramount Stage 16. She also filmed additional blue screen scenes for this episode on Monday 26 August 1991 on Paramount Stage 16.

Sessions filmed scenes as transporter operator in scene 9 of the fifth season episode "Cost Of Living" and corridor scenes for the episode "Violations" but did not appear on screen.

As a background actress she also appeared in the Falcon Crest episode "False Faces" (1988, with Brett Cullen, Daphne Ashbrook, Christopher Held, Davis Roberts, Robert Hitchcock, Robert Buckingham, John Hugh McKnight, Joe Stone, Shirley Anthony, and Gene Poe) and in the Cheers episodes "Baby Balk" (1991, with Kirstie Alley, Kelsey Grammer, Bebe Neuwirth, Mark Reilly, Lee Allen, Don Bennett, Bruce Wright, Cooper, Theresa St. Clair, Joycelyn Robinson, Jeremy Doyle, Elliot Durant III, and Randy James), "Madame LaCarla" (1991, with Kirstie Alley, Kelsey Grammer, Bebe Neuwirth, Georgia Brown, Mark Lentry, Don Bennett, Michael Moorehead, Mikki Val, Curt Truman, Lee Faranda, Joe Baumann, Joycelyn Robinson, Robert Buckingham, and Eben Ham), and "Feelings… Whoa, Whoa, Whoa" (1992, with Kirstie Alley, Kelsey Grammer, Paul Willson, Keene Curtis, Erick Avari, Don Bennett, Mark Watson, and Star Halm).
