Sitak was a Vulcan Starfleet officer who held the rank of rear admiral in the 2370s.

In 2374, Captain Benjamin Sisko presented her and Admiral Coburn with "Operation Return", his plan to retake Deep Space 9. He attempted to convince them that Deep Space 9 was extremely important to the war effort, as by controlling Deep Space 9 they would also control the wormhole. Sitak was skeptical but agreed, as the retention of the minefield would mean the Dominion would be forced to fight without its reinforcements. (DS9: "Favor the Bold")

Admiral Sitak was played by actress Ericka Klein in her only Star Trek appearance.

There was also a USS Sitak in service during the year 2374, which may have been named in her honor. (DS9: "Sacrifice of Angels")

In the Star Trek: Starfleet Corps of Engineers eBook, War Stories, Book Two, Sitak offered Captain David Gold command of the starship, USS da Vinci. She later presided (along with Admiral William Ross) over a Starfleet Tribunal that found Captain Gold was not at fault for the near destruction of the da Vinci in the SCE eBook, Breakdowns.
