Solbor was a Bajoran ranjen who served as the assistant to Kai Winn. He served faithfully until his death at the hands of Dukat, who, disguised as a Bajoran Anjohl Tennan, had tricked the Kai into helping him to revive the Pah-wraith through the text of the Book of the Kosst Amojan. Once Solbor realized this, Dukat promptly stabbed him. His blood revealed the text of the Kosst Amojan allowing Winn and Dukat to release the Pah-wraith.
