Solomon Burke, Jr. is an actor and musician who portrayed the Starfleet crewman Billy throughout the four year run of Star Trek: Enterprise. Burke, Jr. received no credit for his appearances until his last performance in the final episode "These Are the Voyages...", where he was credited as Ensign in the end credits.
