Spoon Head is a deragatory and offensive term for a Cardassian, or, Spoon Heads, for the Cardassian race. It is a reference to the oval crater on the top of Cardassian foreheads. (DS9: "Things Past," "Empok Nor," "Wrongs Darker Than Death or Night")
