St. John the Baptist was the last painting created by the Human Leonardo da Vinci in the early 16th century in Europe on Earth. The painting depicted John the Baptist, a Jewish preacher from the 1st century.

The painting was found among the relics in Kathryn Janeway's da Vinci holodeck program. (VOY: "Scientific Method")
