Tolen Ren's stab wound
A stab wound was a type of puncture inflicted by a knife or other sharp, elongated object. They were usually deliberately intended to cause harm to oneself or another.
In 2266, Lieutenant junior grade Joe Tormolen died after a self-inflicted stab wound. (TOS: "The Naked Time")
