Stameris was a planet on which a slave market was located.
The Ferengi who attempted to pirate the Enterprise in 2151 contemplated selling some of the ship's women at the slave market on Stameris. (ENT: "Acquisition")
According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on the star chart "United Federation of Planets I", the planet Stameris was located in the Lambda Serpentis star system. This system was located in the Alpha Quadrant.
