This was a STAR TREK-themed edition of the UNO card game, produced by Mattel in 1999. The game played much as the original version, but featured four unique "Starfleet Command" cards that affected gameplay:
- Live Long And Prosper allowed you to discard your hand of cards and draw a new hand, then call a new base color to continue play.
- Mind Meld forced the next player to show you their hand of cards.
- Beam Me Up, Scotty negated any Command card directed toward you, then allowed you to call a new base color to continue play.
- Double Tribble allowed you to call a new base color, then forced the next player to draw enough cards that their hand size was doubled (ie. if they held 5 cards, they must draw 5 more).
