Mission order received by Starbase 045 in 2364.
Starbase 045 was a Federation starbase administered by Starfleet in the mid-24th century. In 2364, the commanding officer was Don Dixon.
In 2364, this base was monitoring activity in a particular sector. After an undetermined amount of time had passed, the base received a mission order about starbase operations from Commodore Anna Dixon from the Starfleet Operational Support Division. The order informed the base commander that remote sensor drones would be substituted in for his base in monitoring this sector. This substitution was made after Fleet Ops determined that this would be a more effective method. Drones would transmit data directly to the Tactical Analysis Division. The commander was ordered to acknowledge this order on subspace com net security mode 045, code 100 alpha.
At the end of that year, Data read this order and several others to investigate claims of a conspiracy among the highest members of Starfleet Command. (TNG: "Conspiracy", okudagram)
