Changes: Starbase 211

Starbase 211 was a Federation starbase administered by Starfleet. This base was located close to the Federation-Cardassian border.

In 2367, the USS Enterprise-D attempted to escort the USS Phoenix, whose captain, Benjamin Maxwell, had been launching unauthorized attacks against Cardassian targets, to Starbase 211 but, before they arrived, Maxwell ordered the Phoenix's course changed, to intercept a Cardassian supply ship. Eventually, Maxwell surrendered to Captain Picard, who escorted the Phoenix to the base. (TNG: "The Wounded")

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 47, this starbase was located in the Alpha Quadrant.
