FPC was a news organization in the late 23rd century.
In 2293, several journalists, including at least one reporter from FPC, were present for the maiden voyage of the USS Enterprise-B. After the Enterprise was diverted to assist two endangered El-Aurian vessels, several of these journalists were enlisted to act as nurses. (Star Trek Generations)
The FPC logo was designed by Doug Drexler. [1]
