Stel

Stel was the Chief Investigator of the Vulcan Security Directorate under Administrator V'Las.

Stel investigated the destruction of the Earth embassy on Vulcan in 2154. He suggested that Syrrannites may have destroyed the embassy. However, evidence later showed that it was Stel who had planted the bomb, on the orders of V'las of the Vulcan HIgh Command. He was discovered by a mind meld that Soval used on one of the victims to identify the person who carried in the bomb. This led Commander Charles Tucker to investigate which other members of the High Command were involved in the bombing. (ENT: "The Forge")
