Stokaline was an injectible multiple vitamin compound.

In 2268, Dr. McCoy used it on Spock as a "treatment" for the Vulcan's faked illness (a flare-up of Rigelian Kassaba fever) in the effort to regain control of the USS Enterprise from invading Kelvans. (TOS: "By Any Other Name").
