The Strategic Command Matrix is the military organization of the Druoda.
In 2376, a malfunction in the command sensors caused the accidental launch of 34 series 5 long-range tactical armor units towards Salina Prime, with whom the Druoda have been at peace for three years. The Strategic Command Matrix ordered the weapons to self-destruct, but most of them had already passed beyond their targeting threshold. (VOY: "Warhead")
