Subsector 4418 was a region of space in Sector 450. This sector was surveyed by the USS Ganymede and the USS Puget Sound in 2364.

In that year, both Federation starships were ordered to refrain from using high energy scans of this subsector. That order had been supported by Admiral Marcia Meldal-Johnsan and dealt with diplomatic negotiations with the New Zealand government.
