Susan Khouri was a medical tech that was a member of the xenophobic movement Terra Prime. She helped clone a baby from T'Pol and Commander Tucker's DNA.
She decided to leave the movement and warn Starfleet of a plot by Terra Prime to rid Earth of all aliens. She interrupted a conference on a possible Coalition of Planets, and gave T'Pol a vial containing a human hair. She was shot by a phase pistol, and before she died, she said "they're going to kill her."
After examining the hair, Doctor Phlox determined that it was from the offspring of T'Pol and Tucker. (ENT: "Demons")
