Sutok was an alien living on the Nekrit supply depot in 2373.

When USS Voyager visited the depot in need of supplies, Neelix met with an old friend named Wixiban. Wix told Neelix that his contact Sutok could provide the supplies needed, if Neelix helped Wix deliver some goods for him. They met with Sutok, and Neelix realized that the goods were narcotics. A fight broke out and Sutok was killed by Wixiban. (VOY: "Fair Trade")

Sutok was played by actor Steve Kehela. His species and origin were not identified.
