Sulvin IV was the fourth planet in the Sulvin planetary system. There was an archeological site being explored by Dr. Langford on the planet. Locations on the planet were under active excavation in 2369 when Langford extended an invitation to Jean-Luc Picard to work on the site. (TNG: "Rascals")
