T'Meni was the daughter of Sek (with Sek's mate) and granddaughter of Tuvok and T'Pel.
She was born prior to stardate 51501.4. She was named after her second foremother, T'Meni, Tuvok's mother, and was Tuvok's first grandchild. Neelix informed Tuvok of the news after reading a letter sent to the Vulcan by T'Pel. (VOY: "Hunters")
