TCARS is an acronym for the computer access and retrieval system used in 29th century timeships. It is the successor to the Federation's starship LCARS. It is operated by touch or by simply moving one's hand over a control surface.

The TCARS computer system was used on board the USS Relativity (Wells-class) during the 29th century. It is unknown as to when this system had become implemented on board starships, or if it's in use on all Starfleet starships. On the Relativity, it could be used to locate past problems in a timeline along with performing normal starship computer routines. (VOY: "Relativity")

The "T" could stand for "time" or "temporal," since the Relativity has been established to have a mission profile using and regulating time travel, but this was only alluded to by the inclusion of the term "TCARS" in displays.
