The USS Voyager encounters the Barzan wormhole near Takar II in 2373.
Takar II is a planet in the Delta Quadrant. Until 2373 it lay at one of the exit points of the Barzan wormhole. It is the homeworld of the Takarians. (VOY: "False Profits")
