Talak'talan was a Jem'Hadar in service of the Dominion during the late-24th century.

History

In 2370, Talak'talan held the rank of Third when he and his unit took Commander Benjamin Sisko and Quark prisoner on a planet in the Gamma Quadrant. Representing the Dominion, he contacted the United Federation of Planets to personally inform Starfleet of the fact and to give them a list of Alpha Quadrant ships and colonies the Jem'Hadar had destroyed, stating that the Dominion would no longer tolerate ships crossing to "their" side of the wormhole.
