Multi Kinetic Mine? Edit
This ship looks a bit big to be any sort of mine. Would it not be possible that this ship is actually some sort of Borg mine layer?
Article Relivance Edit
This article seems to contain more info on a particular episode, and less info on the ship. I didn't want to move anything around, but I suggest a change.
Can someone find a picture of this monitor saying Type-03? This seems really odd to me, I certainly don't remember seeing it, and I want to make sure that Type-03 is really connected to the ship, and not something else. Why would Starfleet even have a designation for a ship they had never even seen before? --OuroborosCobra talk 02:13, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
- The image on the monitor screen appears during Crusher's planned return to the planet to pick up the Enterprise crew. The monitor image is entitled "TACTICAL SCAN ANALYSIS 3069". The blip representing the Borg cube on the opposite side of the planet is labelled "VESSEL : BORG TYPE-03". It cannot logically refer to anything else, and given that Starfleet had already encountered the vessel at Ohniaka III it makes plenty of sense that it would have a designation of some sort. Further, it follows that the Type-01 would be the cube and the Type-02 would refer to vessels such as Hugh's scout, though that borders on conjecture and as such I have not edited those pages. --DSG2k 02:33, 4 July 2006 (UTC)
- Jorg just uploaded a pic of the display, and I'll be damned. I'm sorry for doubting you DSG2k. --OuroborosCobra talk 09:54, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
- No problem. You just had no idea how utterly observantly geeky I was. ;) But I'm not perfect either . . . I've had to go back and remove the dash, thanks to Jorg's most wonderful cap (far better than my own). DSG2k 11:47, 5 July 2006 (UTC)
