Remastering shuttle[]

I can't wait if an when this is re-named by the Okudas and CBS Paramount (hmmm... Thomason, Doddema, Del Beccio, Trotter, Bartel, and more, all sound good to me). However, anyone interested in getting a picture. I was the one who moved, but I think it might have been prematurely. Was the model clearly labeled as "Galileo" or "NCC-1701/7" or both? Does anyone know?--Tim Thomason 21:43, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

There you go. Everything legible (in this scene and others), Galileo, USS Enterprise and NCC 1701/7. --Jörg 21:56, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

Awesome, here's hoping for the Jörg (SB04-1976/7).--Tim Thomason 21:56, 2 December 2006 (UTC)

Make that SB04-1980/4) ;-) --Jörg 21:59, 2 December 2006 (UTC)
Guys, do we HAVE to be so literal? We KNOW that this is stock footage, so why are we treating the information as gospel when it's not. Why can't the article simply say "Shuttlecraft stolen from Starbase 4...etc, name unknown" and put in a Background note about the stock footage...are we not allowed to use common sense here?Capt Christopher Donovan 21:52, 30 December 2006 (UTC)
I concur, and unless someone gives a good reason not to, I'll go ahead and change the page to what you suggest, Capt Christopher Donovan. Wangry 16:12, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
I agree that Jörg SB04-1980/4 would be the perfect name. If anyone doesn't know what Jörg has contributed to Trek scholarship, they must be sleeping. Hopefully the FX for this one have not been completed yet. Maybe Anthony from TrekMovie can give CBS a nudge? -- Connor Cabal 17:00, 19 December 2007 (UTC)
I had completely forgotten about this discussion... Well, "Let That Be Your Last Battlefield" remastered has aired and the shuttle is apparently named "da Vinci". Haven't seen the actual screenshots yet, though. --Jörg 17:56, 20 January 2008 (UTC)
