Small problem

In a Klingon ritual suicide a Hegh'bat is plunged into the heart. (TNG : "Ethics")

This indicates that the Hegh'bat is the knife used to commit suicide. The Hegh'bat article indicates that Hegh'bat is the act of suicide itself and doesn't mention a specific type of knife to be used.
