Hogue's Surname

According to Memory Beta, Hogue Nekelen was a different Cardassian, than this student. It says literally: "Nekelen is not to be confused with another Cardassian Hogue, a student and dissident taught by Natima Lang in the early 2370s. (DS9 episode: "Profit and Loss")"
