This is not Howard Culver, just Google a picture of Howard Culver and you can easily see. I have been trying to figure out who this guy is for years. He appears in the background on a lot of television westerns and he plays the accordian. Can somebody please change things.

There is no proof that it is him, the trouble is that somebody probably thought this guy was Culver for some reason and added it to IMDb, and then it got added here. This actor is one of the many unknown extras of the 50s and 60s that I have been trying to figure him out for a while.
