Picard Song[]
I have greatly expanded "The Picard Song" section. Due to its now cumbersome length, I would submit that it be considered for slitting into its own article. However, there is no established guideline (that I can find) for submitting something to be considered for splitting. If anyone concurs or can tell me how to submit it as such, please respond.
