I went ahead and began work on this article as I have read the book a while back. So far I have added mostly backstory which is needed to understand the plot of the novel. I have not gotten to tying it into the whole Tholian-Neyel-Federation situation. It could use some fleshing out, trimming, correction of grammar, spelling, missing words, and correction of possible inconsistencies with the actual storyline. I seem to have misplaced my copy of the novel, but nonetheless it was a good Captain Sulu, adventure. Normally I don't read Trek fiction but this one does stand out as a really good one. In disbelief, Dr. Cochrane makes the memorable statement "You are all astronauts on some kind of star trek."
