Bill[]

I removed "Bill" again -- because he already has an article at Bill -- its against our format to duplicate another article. If there is another article that has information in it that you think is relevant to this one -- build the web -- link to it! --- Captain Mike K. Barteltalk 15:14, 5 Aug 2005 (UTC)

I would also like to add something I said at "talk:Bill": "Bill" is the name of the character, therefore he is not unnamed. Considering how it stacks up against the other unnamed characters who are known only by title or script reference (ie "Aide de camp", "USS Odyssey first officer", etc), I see no reason why "Bill" should be included here. Besides we have several pages built around characters who only had first names given, like Jack, Patrick, Timothy, Lauren, Sam, etc. -- Bill is no different. --Alan del Beccio 17:58, 5 Aug 2005 (UTC)
Yes, i also fail to see this inability to distinguish "unnamed" from "named" -- perhaps we could make a list of humans who were only named as first names. i don't know -- is this the same person continuously ignoring our input and readding this? -- Captain Mike K. Barteltalk 18:21, 5 Aug 2005 (UTC)
Yeah, its the same contributor, IP 155.84.57.253, who I suspect is also User:WehrWolf, as their contributions, ideas and points of view seem to be intertwined among thier strikingly similar list of contributions. It should also be noted that this is the same IP that resurrected the "Federation Marines" argument on Memory Alpha:Votes for deletion. To be blunt, let me add too that, that said user has, so far, been notorious for doing things 'his own way' around here and not really listening to reason nor showing any interest in our policies and guidelines. So the fact that our converstation here and at "talk:Bill" has been continuously ignored seems perfectly predictable. --Alan del Beccio 19:19, 5 Aug 2005 (UTC)

Flight officer(s)[]

Are the woman who tells McCoy to sit down in the shuttle and the woman giving out assignments in the hangar scene the same person?--Ten-pint 23:57, November 18, 2009 (UTC)

Tom Morga in spacesuit[]

The appearance of Tom Morga as a drydock technician near the Enterprise is NOT from Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan. It is from Star Trek: The Motion Picture, only it appeared in Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan as stock footage from the first movie. Actually the ENTIRE drydock leaving sequence in TWOK is reused footage from TMP. If you want proof, here it is: The Motion Picture - at 7:19 From TMP: [1] And here's the same shot reused in TWOK: [2] So, I change the article accordingly, and please leave it that way. --Ltarex 13:21, 14 August 2011 (CET)

You know how this works. If its reused footage both films will be listed in this section as "in-universe" because Morga appeared in both films. Tom 11:27, August 14, 2011 (UTC)
