Isn't a vegetable bouillon just a sub-type of vegetable soup, so that it could be merged? Kennelly 17:07, 4 February 2007 (UTC)

As I understand it, no. Vegetable bouillon is just a vegetable flavored broth, whereas vegetable soup actually has vegetables in it. --OuroborosCobra talk 04:41, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
Yes, we should try and preserve the distinction between the two differently named variations of the product -- actually more, if you consider vegetable stew. Eventually, we will need to make decisions like this in disambiguating or referring to all soups, stews, broths and bouillons -- taking the time to focus on the differences? ... -- Captain M.K.B. 04:45, 20 February 2007 (UTC)
