Teri Hatcher was born in Sunnyvale, California on 8 December 1964. She began her career with the role of a singing and dancing mermaid on The Love Boat (1977). Hatcher went on to have a recurring role in MacGyver (1987-91) and a starring role in Lois & Clark: The New Adventures of Superman (1993-97). Hatcher is currently starring in the hit show Desperate Housewives.
Teri Hatcher played the role of a transporter chief, B.G. Robinson, in the Star Trek: The Next Generation episode "The Outrageous Okona."
She would later go on to guest star as Scott Bakula's future fiancee in an episode of Quantum Leap.
