According to background material created for Star Trek Generations, the Terran Winemakers Association was an Human organization for judging the many wines made on Earth.
They awarded their "Certificate of Excellence in Winemaking" to Maurice Picard for his 2305 vintage of Chateau Picard Bordeaux.
