Irina

Irina, a Terrellian female.

Terrellians are a spacefaring humanoid race, and member of the United Federation of Planets.

In a scene cut from "All Good Things...", it may be inferred that the Terrellians were Federation members, because Picard wanted to order them back into Federation space.

Chakotay once sparred a Terrellian while he was a cadet at the Academy. (VOY: "The Fight")

In 2371, Nog met three Terrellians, who were visiting Deep Space 9, that bragged about how great they are at dom-jot. Nog arranged a game, for himself and Jake Sisko, against the Terrellian for a strip of latinum a game, playing with double-back rules. (DS9: "Life Support")

In an alternate timeline created by Q, the USS Enterprise-D encountered five Terrellian transports holding position in the Devron system in 2364. The commander of the lead ship was named Androna. (TNG: "All Good Things...")

This scene was taken from the script, and did not appear in the final edit of the episode.

In another alternate timeline, an outbreak of Terrellian plague occurred on Romulus in 2395. (TNG: "All Good Things...")

Terrellians apparently have a presense in the Delta Quadrant as well, as a Terrellian team participated in the Antarian Trans-stellar Rally in 2377. (VOY: "Drive")

The Terrellians that appeared in Star Trek: Voyager may not be the same Terrellians that were mentioned in Star Trek: The Next Generation and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
