Dr. Theodore Haskins was a male Human civilian in the 23rd century. He was a scientist for the American Continent Institute. In 2236, he was a member in the SS Columbia expedition.

That same year, he was killed when the survey ship crashed on Talos IV in 2236. The Talosians recreated an image of Haskins in 2254 as part of their attempt to lure the crew of the USS Enterprise to the planet's surface. (TOS: "The Cage", "The Menagerie, Part I")
