Theodore Roosevelt, cousin of Franklin Roosevelt, was a human politician that who served as the 26th President of the United States, at the turn of the 20th century.
Background
Roosevelt's face is featured among the faces that adorn Mount Rushmore in an incomplete and deleted scene from Star Trek V: The Final Frontier.
The Federation starship USS Roosevelt may have been named in honor of Theodore Roosevelt. (VOY: "Unity")
