Thomas Louis "Tom" Villard (19 November 195314 November 1994; age 40) was an actor who played Prylar Bek in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine second season episode "The Collaborator". He was born on the same day as Star Trek: Voyager star Robert Beltran.

Villard was a successful actor in the 1980s. He played the boy greaser 'Willie' in Grease 2, with Christopher McDonald, Pamela Segall, Freddie Hice, Richard Epper, and Michael DiMente. He appeared in smaller roles on film and television in the early 1990s, including Baywatch and two episodes of Golden Girls (the episodes "Vacation" with Keye Luke, Brett Porter, and Stephen Lee, and "Rose: Portrait of a Woman" with Keone Young).

A victim of AIDS, he died less than six months after "The Collaborator" aired and five days before his 41st birthday. Scott Chambliss was Villard's partner at the time of his death.
