Tony Epper (1 October 193821 July 2012; age 73) was a Hollywood actor and stuntman who appeared as the Drunken Klingon in the Star Trek: Deep Space Nine fifth season episode "Apocalypse Rising".

He was the brother of Andy Epper and Gary Epper, who performed stunts in Star Trek: First Contact, and the uncle of Eurlyne Epper-Woldman who performed stunts in Star Trek: Insurrection.

As an actor, he appeared in multiple episodes of Daniel Boone and Batman. He also guest-starred on such television shows as I Spy, Kung Fu (with Keye Luke), Kolchak: The Night Stalker (starring John Fiedler), The Six Million Dollar Man (with Alan Oppenheimer), The Rockford Files, Charlie Angels (including an episode with Nehemiah Persoff), Wonder Woman (with Ed Begley, Jr.), The A-Team (starring Dwight Schultz, Lance LeGault, and William Lucking), Knight Rider, MacGyver (with Bruce McGill), Hunter (with Dean Stockwell), Beauty and the Beast (starring Ron Perlman), and Tales from the Crypt. He can also be seen in numerous feature film, including 1979's Buck Rogers in the 25th Century, The Beastmaster (1982, with Rod Loomis, Vanna Bonta, Diamond Farnsworth, Vince Deadrick, Tom Huff, Eddy Donno, Eddie Hice, Freddie Hice, and Chuck Hicks), The Wild Life (1984, with Keone Young, William Bramley, Kevin Peter Hall, and Leo Penn), Runaway Train (1985, with Tommy "Tiny" Lister, Jr., John Bloom, Loren Janes, and Don Pugsley), The Hitcher (1986, with Armin Shimerman and Henry Darrow), Outrageous Fortune (1987, with John Schuck and Christopher McDonald), National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation (1989, with Miriam Flynn), Homer and Eddie (1989, starring Whoopi Goldberg), Suburban Commando (1991, starring Christopher Lloyd), Freejack (1992, with Jonathan Banks and Mike Starr), Excessive Force (1993, with Tony Todd, Bobby Bass, Tom Hodges, and Danny Goldring) and Dick Tracy (1990, with Hamilton Camp, Seymour Cassel, Robert Costanzo, Ed McCready, Colm Meaney, Michael J. Epper's primary profession, however, was that of a stunt performer. In this capacity, Epper worked on such major films as Planet of the Apes (1968), The Wild Bunch (1969), Soylent Green (1973), Blazing Saddles (1974), The Towering Inferno (1974), National Lampoon's Vacation (1983), Lethal Weapon 2 (1989), Thelma & Louise (1991), Lethal Weapon 3 (1992), Patriot Games (1992), Bram Stoker's Dracula (1992), Waterworld (1995), Stuart Baird's Executive Decision (1996), The Rock (1996), and Con Air (1997).

Epper passed away on 21 July 2012.
