Tracken II was the second planet in the Tracken system, and was located in the Demilitarized Zone. Tracken II was located near Solosos III. It was the site of a Maquis colony. In 2373, Captain Benjamin Sisko threatened to render the planet uninhabitable to Humans using trilithium resin unless Michael Eddington surrendered himself and his stocks of cobalt diselenide. Eddington agreed, and the planet was spared. (DS9: "For the Uniform")

According to the Star Trek: Star Charts, on page 46, the Tracken system was located in the Alpha Quadrant. The system's primary was a G-type star.
