Augment transport shuttle in Klingon tractor beam
The Augment transport shuttle was a type of small shuttlecraft used during the 22nd century. Capable of being piloted by as few as two crew, this type of vessel was unarmed.
In May 2154, two Augments, Malik and Saul, used such a vessel to lure a Klingon Bird-of-Prey into a trap, after disabling the shuttle's engines and life support systems.
Upon detection of the vessel, the Klingons tractored the shuttle to the docking port and escorted the Augments off the craft. They were unable to contact the Klingon High Council before the ship was overtaken by the two Augments. (ENT: "Borderland")
There are no indications as to the shuttle's origins. However, it is reasonable to assume it was somehow procured by Arik Soong, indicating a vessel of Earth origin, or likewise, any of the mentioned (or unmentioned) species referenced above.
In the final draft script of "Borderland", this craft was described as "a small shuttle".
